Firstly, we want to thank you for your patience and understanding whilst we conducted our recent upgrade to the eCourse platform. This upgrade includes business accounts. This allows businesses to purchase vouchers for operatives.

Please note that personal learner accounts are now exclusively for learning purposes, which means they can only be used to purchase courses, not vouchers.

Setting Up Your Account

If you already have a Personal Account, you will need to use a different email address to create your Business Account, as the same email address cannot be used for both.

Vouchers

Any vouchers purchased through a Personal Account will remain linked to that account until they expire. Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer them.
